On August 11, 2018, KACA celebrates the 73rd Korean Independence Day at the Goldenview Middle School.  With over 500 attendees, there were DJs, talent show contestants, Champ TKD demonstrations, many honored guests including Honorable Mayor Ethan Berkowitz.  We also had Anchorage Korean Language School, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Korean Baduk Association providing various fun filled events along with volleyball, jaegi chagi, hulahoop, tug of war, and many other competitions.  The highlight was the talent show with seven contestants including  Amy from Alaska Federation of Filipino Americans.
